OSTEOPATHY APPOINTMENTS

Initial consultations involve gathering a medical case history, in addition to relevant questions regarding sleep, diet, work and exercise.
A musculoskeletal assessment includes movement that may lead to some mild discomfort as we try to understand the areas of pain.
After a diagnosis has been discussed, a variety of osteopathic treatments can be undertaken to help relieve symptoms.
A management plan will be built collaboratively and movements / exercises to be undertaken at home will be presented.
